I went through thousands of Zero's 158-grain RNLs at ~830 fps when I was actively shooting IDPA. They were accurate and didn't lead at that velocity, including during one class where I went through >700 rounds in a day and a half. I also went through a box of 500 of their SWC-HPs just out of curiosity with the same result.

The lube they use is very soft and is probably the reason they didn't lead. It's also sticky and gums up fingers and seating dies. I switched to standard cast RNLs for that reason, and then to Rainier plated RNs when I got a good deal on them.

I'm now a believer in coated lead bullets, but the Zero swaged bullets are good.
