Magazine bans are in various stages of challenge in a few states.

But something to keep in mind is that while a law suit challenging a ban might result in a stay or injunction of the ban, it’s also likely to be appealed by the state with the stay or injunction then being quickly rescinded pending the appeal.

What that means is that you could potentially legally order a high capacity magazine to be shipped into the state during the stay or injunction but have that stay or injunction rescinded before the order actually arrives at your door, causing you and the sender potential legal issues.

Which is why most vendors won’t ship high capacity magazines to those states until the appellate court dust finally settles.
