It's difficult to peel back the details and figure out how this went as wrong as it did.
Battery technology inadequate and or slow walked.
Half hearted implementations.
Blindly charging forward without any hope of infrastructure support.....
You'd think something as utterly reliable as an electric motor turning a set of wheels wouldn't be this problematic
