I believe this is correct, and the SCS&W is not accurate. Thanks!! I had no idea about the different barrels. It's not a Model 19.

Did a search for Model 15s and came across these:

ADK9877 - stamped 15-4, no barrel pin, narrow ribbed taper barrel, 1984(?).
