I've got a couple of those chests, and they're a lot handier than I expected them to be. One I use as a moveable workbench, and it holds a lot of my electrical stuff (crimpers, strippers, connectors, etc). I mounted a benchtop drill press and my mini-lathe to the other and it carries my drill bits and lathe tooling as well as my taps/dies, brake line tools, etc.
