"Pull through" is an often heard mantra these days, and the manufacturers have been been producing triggers that favor such a technique. Of course, it could be a "chicken/egg" situation, maybe "pull through" came as a result of the typical striker trigger . Sure, it probably does not maximize accuracy, but it could be argued that most pistols are not target guns, and nor do they need to be.
