Looks like one of the many spin offs RG made and sold back in the 60's........... I've seen a bunch of these, mechanically identical but with different names. Probably they just put whatever name the importer wanted on them, kind of a throwback to the "suicide specials" of the late 1800's. I can remember seeing these in mail order ads when I was a kid, very cheap little things!!
