It is a .22/32 Kit Gun Model of 1953.
One of mine carries serial number 32230 and it shipped in January, 1958. It is not model marked.

It does not have a model number although where that normally is located in the frame, is the number 7094 5 then some smaller symbols or numbers, looks lie a small Y above the 7 and tiny 3 below it.
At that serial number, we would not expect it to be model marked. According to Jim Carter (Hondo44), our resident expert on the Kit Guns, the lowest known serial number on a Kit Gun with a model number (Model 34) is in the 35100 range. In an earlier post in this thread, he mention one without a model number at serial number 31692 that shipped in June, 1958.

The stamps you mention in the yoke area are a five digit parts tracking number and various marks from fitters and inspectors.

From some other comments and what I get out of the catalog I think about 1957
See above. It might have shipped in 1957, but more likely it left the factory in 1958.

the SC seems to indicate as a J frame, not an I frame.
I'm not sure where you are reading that, but it is definitely an I frame, not a J frame. The Kit Gun was not converted to the J frame until c. 1960 and those were marked as MOD 34-1.
