SOLD / CLOSED -- collection of cleaned parts for S&W .38 Double-Action Perfected (?)
This is a set of parts to a Smith & Wesson top-break revolver. I bought this set many years ago from the window of a deceased gunsmith. They were identified as parts for the .38 Double-Action Perfected model (the last top-break model that S&W introduced, made from 1909-1920). I think this is correct but I do not guarantee that identification. The parts appear to be in good condition, cleaned and polished, probably intended for a never-completed renovation.
I will sell the set for $75.00, postage-paid [was $150]. I am open to new information regarding their origin, and I will respectfully consider any offer conveyed by DM (but I do not want to sell individual parts, just the set).
