Default First lawsuit filed against new Connecticut gun laws Read more: First lawsuit filed

suing now adays seems to be a way of making someone stand up and take notice...maybe every organization can find some way to present to the courts that these new gun laws or new proposed gun laws are illegal and/or the effects of the laws..

The group that is doing the suing (ooh I made a poem) is a new organization called Disabled Americans for Firearms Rights. I may just join that group

Please keep us posted on his progress... this is how it has to be done.. or rather undone... I'd like to support to focused suits like this one. Best regards to Mr. Ennis.

All of these power-grabbing politicians keep using the phrase "common sense gun control". I'm tired of this phrase. Where is the common sense in passing laws that make peaceful, law-abiding citizens less safe without doing anything to control criminals and crazies?
