I good strip down and cleaening will probably solve the slow trigger return, as 110 yrs of old grease. oil and crud are in the workings. Are the grips hard rubber or? Is it blue or nickel under the paint? Be careful what chemicals you use to remove the paint, as some will bubble the nickel and others will remove any blue. Currently it is only a wall hanger and value is parts or junker value, say about $50 to $75.
