The data in the Lee manual came out of the Accurate manual. They say they tested the factory Fiocchi ammo at 27,000 CUP but their data doesn't quite reach that level.

I have a beat up C96, interesting gun. My barrel is in pretty bad shape and the factory ammo keyholed pretty bad at short range. I loaded it with .312 lead bullets and they were a whole lot more accurate. I don't shoot mine very much anymore due to a faulty safety.
