I love Police trade-in revolvers!!! Most have been taken care of by Police Armorers, who know what they are doing.

The only use these revolvers ever got is shooting a yearly qualification.....maybe 100 rounds/ year. On the inside, they are just broken in abit.

I have two, that I consider to be my self defense weapons. I use my 2" M-36 Chief's Special for my CCW gun, and my 4" M-10-7 for my local "wood's gun", and bedside companion. They have smooth actions, and are super simple and dependable. Just what you want for
