Picked up this pistol with holster for a house pistol.Finnish was well worn but action was like new.For $150 out the door,I bought it.While lettering another Smith,I inquired about this one.Was issued 2/13/50. Having three uncles who served as policeman in the "Murder Capital of the USA",Gary,Indiana(My home town)I thought this might be a revolver to keep.Are there any other Police revolvers out there? Like military pistols,with a real history,I think these are cool.
