This 1950 Target 44, S131000 range, with a 4-inch barrel and bright blue finish was shipped to Olympic Wholesale in Los Angeles, CA in March 1955. Shipped originally with smooth stocks made of Goncalo alves, it is now fitted with "Kearsarge" style stocks by Keith Brown. The black streaks against the soft brown color of the wood are particularly striking and the carving is superb, as usual. This revolver and stocks make an exceptional combination.
