Try your local gun shops for a spare and bob it or have it bobbed.
I got one for a model 36 that was bobbed for $10.00 a couple of years ago.
I kept the original and the gunshop owner even installed it for me.

Called SW today, they don't sell pre-bobbed hammers to anyone who's wondering.
