I've nothing but good to say on the warrenty service. I recently sent in a SIGMA with a problem that to make a long story short, I was not sure was covered. I sent a letter detailing the problem and what had happened prior to. They fixed the gun free, paid the shipping, and returned it in record time. Good people, good company
