It's blue with a 4" barrel. Personally, I place it closer to 99% than 98%. When he picks it up and gets it over to me (could take a few weeks), I will take some high quality photos and post them.
My brother always carries a pistol rug or two around with him at the gun shows to put his
"finds" in before he turns them over to the transfer dealers. You should've seen him wiping the revolver off with a rag before putting it in the gun rug. Some guy hanging around the transfer dealer's table asked him loud enough for all to hear, "Hey, you wiping it off or makin' love to it?" Everyone laughed except for my brother.
Let's see, who was the "guy" teasing my brother like that . . . oh, that's right it was . . . me.
