I have two of the 1911 LDA models. One is the original 7.45 LDA, the other is the newer 7.45 SSP (Super Sport Pistol?) in stainless. This is my current duty sidearm. The double action trigger is great, and it's a bonus to be able to use standard 1911 mags. I have never had any problems, save for a few instances where the newer gun failed to lock the slide back after the last round. However, it has not been shot much, and I'm guessing that's not unusual until it has loosened up a bit.

I like the Para so much I just bought the smaller model, the 6.45 LDA (Carry model), for an off-duty gun. It's the same size as the Colt New Agent. I've been too busy to get out to the range, but hope to go tomorrow (as I need to qualify on Thursday!).
