I recently picked up a 457, and it is a terrific gun. Very, very reliable and a joy to shoot.

I got a set of Hogues for it - the product code is #16010, and they do indeed fit both 457 and 4516, according to the website:

One thing I might mention: The Hogues are comfortable, but they do widen the grip a bit, and they make it "stickier". If you have big hands, or if the gun is not for concealment duty, then no problem. After shooting and carrying, however, I found that I prefer the stock S&W grips. Clothing slips over the stock grips better, so I think there is less chance of printing or accidentally exposing the weapon with a wardrobe malfunction when carried in a waistband holster. To gain a bit of "traction" on my stock grip, I simply cut a short piece of bicycle tube and stretched it over the butt (a medium width mountain bike tube is about $4.00 from WalMart). It's not permanent, it's thin, and it is easily removed for cleaning, etc.

Hope this helps.
