I'm one of those Sigma shooters. More than 1,000 rounds through mine without so much as a hiccup.

I would have answered sooner had I not been away from a computer for so long now. The advice I heard was from an actual friend who's been experienced at CCW long before I though of buying a piece. His word was that his brother bought one and it jammed up a lot. That is all. He recommended a M&P and I thought it worked like a champ after trying it and a Sig and some others.
