.45ACP. Mainly 230gr. I have grown up shooting 1911's. Then moved to S&W .45's in the 3rd Generation style. I find that the bigger bullet is not that bad to shoot out of a all metal gun. Full sized is always better too. I also just shoot darn good with it, same with 45 Colt.
