Right Hand, Unlined, stamped '6' on the back along with the Safariland logo and 'Patented/45 Auto'.
Simple securing strap with snap.
It's had a pistol in it a few times but you could probably count the number of times on one hand. I know the original owner/buyer and it was bought new in the late 60's.
