2. This is a Pachmayr Compac SJ-C grip for S&W J-frame, round butt revolvers. This is the same model that Colt used as the factory grip on later versions of their Colt Detective Special. They're very comfortable and are an especially good choice for those that like to shoot/carry heavy and/or magnum loads in their J-frame snubbies. They do a great job at absorbing recoil!
