FS: one Colt Model 6450 16" barreled upper without BCG or CH. I SBR'd my rifle so I do not need this anymore. Very good + condition. This is a pre-ban (somewhere between 1991 and 1994) upper of Colt manufacture. It still has the bayonet lug on it. Picture below shows a painted MagPul forend, but I will replace with a standard for end, unless you want the MagPul.
