This is a Simply Rugged "Sourdough Pancake" model holster for Smith & Wesson N Frame revolvers with up to a 5" barrel.

I purchased it for my S&W 29 with a 5" barrel. Fits like a glove, but it turns out that I never carry that revolver. So, it is technically "used" but in as new condition. I've never actually carried with it.
