For a while I was making wood boxes for my S&W's, they are fun to make but I don't my pistols in boxes and the boxes take up space. This one is for a model 41 with a 7.375 inch barrel and muzzle break. There are also cutouts for two mags and a 50 round box of ammo. The lining is the wrong color (what was I thinking) I did not glue the lining on the cutout part though. The box itself is made out of solid walnut with a shellac finish. The lining material is ultra suede and the cutout and lining are removable. The price is 45 dollars plus shipping.
