It might be the 185gr JHP load, though I've never seen this particular packaging before. Hollow-point ammunition is only prohibited from use in declared wars against foreign countries. JHP does exist in the military supply chain.

If I'm not mistaken, the ammo in the box should be the 230gr Black Talon load. Brass cased and should be headstamped: WCC 95.

Mack, you have a very nice box of ammo there. If you have the box I'd like to suggest that you remove the orange sticker so it doesn't leave a glue stain on the box.
