.32 WC's ?
I've been meaning to get out and try my .32 revolvers with some wadcutters for a while now. So far I've only fired FMJ, JHP and LRN out of them. I've been told you get good accuracy with the wadcutter bullet type. Reloading isn't an option right now so it's factory ammo. I've picked up three different commercial wadcutter loads in .32 S&W Long (Magtech 98gr, Federal Champion 98gr and S&B 100gr.) Any experience with any of these loads or predictions on which will perform the best?

Your revolver will tell you which of the three it likes. Fiochhi also sells 32 S&W long and I think also does Lapua.

Just had mine out a couple days ago. I loaded up about ten boxes a couple years ago. My MDL 34 loves them. Better than the commercial longs.

Back in the day when I shot competition pistol in Germany, I used Winchester, as it had the best quality, and groups in the lower price end. Sold the Hammerli years ago. Hope to find a reasonable S&W revolver soon, still have ammo and tons of cases to put to good use.

Which .32 Long load is best for defense and taking small game? I'm guessing that .32 WC would be effective on rabbits and grouse. I wouldn't trust the HP's to expand, but they mght penetrate well on larger animals, inc. humans.

I took a couple .32's to the range the other day, and
shot some Remington lead round nose. It was listed
as target ammo. Very accurate at 15 yards, with the
usual stout recoil. (kidding, of course)
Just about as much fun as rimfire rounds!
