Picture #1 was taken outside and looks suspiciously like ammo that jammed due to a spring problem and got hooked on the extractor. I see it on the range floor often. Points given for persistence on behalf of the shooter!

Picture #2 is a different brand (appears to be S&B) and was taken at a different outdoor location - in the snow.

Picture #3 is taken at yet a third (indoor) location.

The evidence is inconsistent with the story.

"Due to unprecedented attack on 2A by Obama & Associates, the demand for ammo has been extraordinarily high, so all ammo companies now have 24/7 shift to produce as many as possible. My brother in-law (he has several friends work at the factory) lives near one major ammo factory, due to the bad relation btween employer and employee (almost all of them will lose job because of factory relocation), their employees hold strong grudge against the company, so the quality control has been horrendous, here are some pictures of their 9mm. (You may know which company is that, but please, please don't post their name here, thanks)"

You most certainly insinuated sabotage.

Sure I do. I have one with a clear plastic container, and you can see the powder swirling around. On a dry day can see bluish sparks. fascinating! (Mickey made me do it.) Or was it my "oppressed brothers?"

"Union Made" has not been a symbol of pride or honor for many, many years. It is only legalized shakedown.

Just my humble opinion, of course.

HTH do you know how many hours they are working? Besides, I know a lot of people who would welcome the long hours, including me more than once. Who put you in charge of how many hours someone should work, or how much ammo they should buy?

Just what is your major beef???

IMO the OP is a Troll looking for attention. We have no proof those pictures are from any ammo company. Yes, he did insinuate sabotage and then backed off when called on it.

The only shame here is, he actually got 3 pages of posts from this and unfortunately I also added a post. I tried not feeding the Troll but I gave in!

People always tell me gun owners lack intelligence, I was upset, maybe there is some truth in that assessment. A quick search:

TexasCHLforum.com ? View topic - Winchester 9mm white box quality

I understand anything made by human can have some defects eventually, but no ammo has such bad reputation (so many complains) as the WWB, not even the 20 years old Norinco (these with CJ on the headstamp)

In terms of relocation, it is not finished yet, rimfile ammo is produced in MS, most of other ammo still produced in Illinois!

Default BAD AMMO

Here's a name we all know and LOVE? REMINGTON! I recently picked up a brick of 22lr yellowjackets and most of the heads are so loose they spin around easily and some I could pull the heads out with my bad hands. guess what, they shot about the same as other 22 lr brands. ELEY'S they are not! maybe I'll get around to sending Remington a letter or e-mail about it, hoping for some free ammo at most. time to untwist your knickers and move on.

Bad ammo has always been an occasional problem, but I agree that it's getting worse. Here's one I found recently.

I'm doing my research now and getting some orders in for components and a Lee Classic Turret.

Default OPERATORS RESPONSABILITY

No matter where you get your ammo, if you don't give it a visual once over before loading it, you are asking for trouble. jmo.

It didn't take me long to figure that one out. I always check each round as I load it in the magazine. I have been doing it for years.

That's nothing new and not an indication of poor quality control for rimfire ammo

Is this a spam thread ? I find it hard to beleive Winchester in todays world would let a product that bad on the market.
With you only having 12 posts I am wondering if this is real or Bloomberg?

If I am wrong I beg your pardon but I have a gut feeling you may have another agenda other than warning us of sub par ammo on the market.

Sorry, I'm not buying it. One of Winchester's competitors has a mfg. plant within an hour driving distance from where I'm at. They are running 24 hours a day, three shifts, and are looking for more help there. I have not heard or read anything like what this thread is about, pertaining to the ammo manufactured here in MN. Word travels fast about stuff like this around here, especially through the media. I'm not hearing anything of the sort, right now. Just sayin'.

I have purchased Federal champion, as good as it used to be, there are much few complains against them vs against Winchester!

Pssst...I know of some airline mechanics who are teed off and sabotaging the aircraft, but I'm not gonna say which airline and don't ask.
Give me a break, IF this story is true the op will be just as guilty if someone is hurt or killed because of the alleged sabotage.
