Default Gander Mtn has 9mm

I don't know how it is at other Ganders across the country, but here in North Alabama they have a good bit of 9mm .
Blazzer 350rd "bricks" @ $ 119 . The limit today was ten bricks per customer, so you could walk out with 3,500 rounds if you wanted to. The local gun store also has no limit on 9mm , so, for the first time in about 6 months , you can actually get a decent ammount .
This is the "calm before the storm" of course, and the writing on the wall is so big even Ray Charles can see it.
In less than two years you will not be able to buy any ammo, anywhere, at any price, so in the words of the late
Janice Joplin, "get it while you can " .

I was in GM today at noon.

They easily had over 100,000 rounds of 223.

Close to that of 9mm.

No signs saying limit anything.

They had a 617 - 6" and two of the S&W 500s' (I do not look hard at anything over 44 MAG! )

6 or so other S&W revolvers

At least 75 revolvers

The long barrel S&W 500 was $12xx, the 617 was $850.

I got caught short in 1994 and I promised myself that it would never happen again. I simply upped the amount of components I purchased, like from one pound of powder to eight pounds and one carton of primers to one case. I started stocking up on .22 and the other calibers I don't load for in the summer of 2008.

If I didn't have several thousand 9mm's, I'd be driving to the nearest GA on my next day off. I believe Lewis' crystal ball is correct.
