Yeah that amazing distributor never notified me when about 4 months ago I put my email address on the list to be notified when the HST were back in stock...never heard a word..........

I've bought from SGammo many times. They often have the best prices around and ship quick, never had a problem with them. Well known and very well liked by many. They are g2g.
Use ammoseek.com to hunt for the best prices. As soon as more people stop buying overpriced ammo, the sooner the prices will come back down.

Like others have said, great prices, quick turnaround and great availability of ammo I want. They also email you updates on what they have and what is on sale. When I could not find PMC 10MM 200GR they had it at a good price when others did not have it.

After reading this thread, I decided to buy two 50 round boxes of the 124HST to try in my Glock 26 in place of the Gold Dots I usually carry in that weapon.
Ordering was fast and easy, with an immediate Email confirmation, as well as a shipping notification the next morning.
I thought, however, the $12.00 shipping charge with delivery expected 7 days later was a bit salty. Still cheaper than buying the same ammo from a local shop.

Just for curiosity, I tried something. You could have bought 8 boxes for the same $12 shipping. Much less salty that way. Go in with some friends and split the cost.

Yep, you are right. I went back to the SGammo site tonight and placed two 500 round ammo cans of .223 in my shopping cart to test that theory. Way more weight and size than two boxes of 9mm. Shipping would have been $16.00. It does pay to buy in bulk.

Sam and and gang at SGammo are good people. Sam often orders special runs of ammo in Russian calibers that you can't get elsewhere. One time a run a 223 golden tiger had ridiculously hard primers, he refunded buyers. How many ammo dealers will refund people for a bad batch? Usually once it's in your hands you're SOL and need to deal with the manufacturer.
They will also do business with those of us trapped behind enemy lines, so another big thumbs up.

I too have ordered many times from SGammo. All transactions have been flawless. Their prices are nearly always the best or nearly the best out there. As far as shipping rates go, there are other outfits that have higher rates, that's for sure.
