Speer/Blazer 9mm 124gr. TMC Same?
Is there any difference between the Speer Lawman 9mm 124 Gr.TMC and the Blazer Brass 9mm 124 gr. FMC?
Both appear to have the same spec's and they look the same except for the head stamp. Difference in cost is relatively minor.
Both made by CCI/Speer Vista Outdoor.
I have shot BB and it seems to be very good. I have not shot Speer Lawman. Trying to decide which to order in bulk.

If there are any differences they are tiny. They shoot the same for me. Both are good reliable ammo. Heck, I've even bought the Blazer aluminum a few times to save a penny or two per round. It functions well, too. Buy whichever is available and/or less costly.
I've always been happy with everything I've purchased made by CCI.

Never shot the Speer but I've gone through quite a lot of the Blazer Brass and IMO it's very good, especially for the price.

Well I just looked and researched this about a month ago and here is what I found.
Both listed are 9mm
2015 Speer Lawman 115 TMJ--1200 fps--Powder is Alliant BE86--6.6 gr
2014 Speer Lawman had Power Pistol Powder I believe
2015 Blazer Brass FMJ---1150 fps---powder is Alliant Power Pistol--4.4 gr
The Speer Lawman feels stronger and has a little more bite than the Blazer to me.
I know this is not the 124 grain that you mention but I do know the Speer Lawman is loaded with the Alliant BE86 powder in 2015 in all the 9mm loads, at least that is what I found.

I have aluminum Blazer and Lawman, both 115 gr, and the Lawman is
faster according to my chronograph. I have not tried the Blazer brass.
With so much underpowered 9mm FMJ on the market these days the
CCI ammo is a welcome relief. Even the aluminum Blazer is faster than
many other companys' brass cased ammo.

Thanks to all the posters for the replies!
I have shot over 400 rds. of the Blazer Brass 115 gr. FMCRN and had no issues with them. Cost is very economical. I just ordered another 600 rds. from an online supplier. The price for these was only $10.25 per box of 50. Very good and economical target rds.
