Wal mart Remington 357
Just a heads up. The Local Walmarts in my area (south Texas) have the Remington 125jsp on clearance for $15 a box. So far I have bought 15 boxes, cleaned out 3 stores in my area.

I'm guessing this is it, from another source.

Why would you clear out 3 stores? There is plenty I could say but won't. Just because Wal-Mart is clearing it out doesn't mean it won't be available.

Perhaps because he's saving $11 a box over the other(SGA) source quoted!

It's just that buying out 3 stores is what causes shortages and then a false panic sets in, then I and every one else have to suffer with the higher prices that follow.

Ammo isn't any different than any other product. When soft drinks are deeply discounted, I load up my buggy. Same with ammo, people need to save money where they can.

I guess saving freight costs it is saving a bit of money over buying a little bit cheaper price per round on the internet.
I don't blame people for restocking their stash because who knows what shortages there might be in the future. Also ammo has proven to gain value over a short period of time. I can't buy any ammo as cheaply as I could just a few years ago. Beats .01% interest rates at the bank and ammo will most likely be an excellent item for bartering if/when things get bad.

I need a nearby store which hasn't been 'cleaned out.'
Most of the places I go are are ready sterile.

One reason I bought as much as I could was because I am saving $15 per box on regularly priced ammo. Second my two brothers also shoot .357 and we split what we can. I don't think I was panic buying. I just happened across a good deal. I would not fault anyone for buying what they can when they can.
I agree there is no shortage and there were plenty of boxes of .357 left....just not any of the $15 boxes that were marked as clearance.

Then i guess you shouldn't post on a open forum - if it's private send a pm
The OP didn't buy 15 CASES it was 15 boxes over 3 stores - I used to do the same with Yuban coffee when on sale @ Longs
