Hey guys. I'm switching from speedloaders to moon clips. Shooting a 38 special in competition. Using a wide variety of case manufacturers. Any recommendations on the best moon clips to use?

In my 627 I use Revolver Supply .025 moonclips for Federal, Remington, CCI brass. .022 moon clips on Winchester brass. ( the blue ones , not the plated ones, the plating peeled )

I use a tube / screwdriver type tool to demoon, and a mooncliptool.com to load the moonclips.
( there is a threat on this form were a couple folks had trouble with their order from mooncliptool.com. I didn't have any problems with my order from them)

TK custom also makes moonclips they are very tight and expensive ,, but a good product.

Ranch products make very good moon clips for the .45 acp. But personally don't care for their moon clips for the 610 ,, 627 or 929.

Thanks for the advice. I shoot most of the brass you mentioned, and ordered the same moon clips you recommended from RS.
