Default Cost of Federal 5.56

I'm thinking about selling off some of my Federal 5.56 XM193 to fund another project. If I do, I'm going to try to do a face to face cash sale in my area. I don't want to be "that guy" and scalp another person. Seems like I have about $275.00 in a 500 rd. case. Does that sound like a semi reasonable price? I know prices are high but it seems like this is about what I paid.

Seems about right maybe a little high IMO, but you paid what you paid.... i decided to get into an AR platform at the beginning of this mess and found ammo was so ridiculously expensive it was worth buying every component nessary to reload it....

That would be a bargain, Federal XM193 is about 0.75 a round right now

Has been about 6-7 years ago, but I bought a number of 20 round boxes of the Federal XM193 for $3 each. Still have some. Should have bought a lot more than I did.

May give it a shot for a local face to face after looking at the input from Forum members. Actually there is a big gun show near by this weekend. May stop by and see what is or isn't out there.
