They work great in my Stoeger Cougar 8000 9mm.

9mm Blazer Aluminum (115gr) has worked fine for me through both a SIG P228 and a Glock G19. I also shoot the .40 cal Bazer Aluminum (180gr) through a G27.

The stuff used to be cheap. It is at least as good as Wolf steel cased ammo.

i use it all the time in my Sigma 9mm and Taurus .45 ACPs. never a single hiccup. its relatively cheap and it works.

I would say better than the steel cased Wolf, or any other steel cased ammo. the softer aluminum case will not wear the steel firing chamber on your gun. The steel cased stuff might.

I have used it occassionally in a Browning Hi-Power. Seems to work fine, maybe loaded a little warm. Keep the chamber clean.

Been shooting Blazer since it first came out in the 80s. Good stuff. Never had any problems.

Aluminum is generally softer than steel used for pistol barrels, but anodized aluminum (such as Blazer casings) has a wear-resistant oxide coating that may even be "harder" and perhaps more abrasive than the steel casings made by Wolf.

Brass is most surely the best material for cartidge casings, but I've never had any trouble with the cheaper stuff made of aluminum or steel.

No issues with Blazer aluminum.

No complaints on my end.

No functional or accuracy problems with Blazer whatsoever. The only thing I've noticed is that it sometimes burns a little dirty expecially in .45 acp, but then again, we should all clean our guns regularly.

I do not ordinarily buy or use factory loaded ammo but I recently obtained some 9mm Blazer and I was interested to see how the aluminum cases would extract from my 940. I fired three cylinders full and did not experience any sticky extraction.

Went through a case in a sigma and no problems.

I run 115gr Blazer all the time in my M&P9.
No issues.

As dirty as some people claim Blazer to be it is still so much cleaner than Wolf.

It has always worked for me and accuracy is good.

I've used Blazer aluminum in 9mm, 40S&W, .38 spl, .357 mag and 44 mag over the past 15 years. I've used more 9mm than the other and never had a problem with any of it. I remember 50 rds of 9mm were $6.99 not to many years ago.

I bought several thousand rounds of 115gr. Blazer 9x19 a few years back, mostly paying $3.79 a box at Academy. (Those were the days!) Unfortunately, my sons and I have shot up most of it. Unlike .45 ACP Blazer, the 9mm seems to be pretty clean, and we've gotten good accuracy results with it from Glocks and my son's match pistol, a Colt Combat Elite with Nowlin barrel.

I've happily shot thousands of them - same price point as the gentleman from Lubbuck. Only thing I'd say negative about the experience is that they tended to stick in the cylinder of my no-dash 940 - and that's a poor reflection on the gun, not the ammo.

The no-dashes certainly are, amigo. But it was only with Blazers that it surfaced on me, and it surfaced in a big way. Hand to hammer the ejector rod with a plastic screwdriver handle to get the empties out.

Not as bad as my adventures with Blue Dot and the max .357 loading for 158-grain jacketed bullets from the Speer #10, but not pleasant. The Blazers worked dandily in every other gun (dozens of them) that I shot them through. I have probably shot more 9x19 Blazer than any other handgun loading.

I've used a bunch. My old department used to provide it for practice ammo (and even some annual qualifications).

The only problem I ever had was with the .380 Blazer in my NAA Guardian. I don't know if the Blazer has a particularly hard primer, but I would fairly regularly get a round that didn't go off. Since the NAA is a "true" double action, I could just pull the hammer again and double-strike the round. Always went off on the second strike.

With the current ammo situation, I wouldn't count out Blazer- if you can get it, buy it and use it! The only caveat is to not use it as "carry" ammo in a semi-auto. This was even a recommendation from the manufacturer when it first came out, sue to the possibility that the pressure from the spring, pushing the top round against the mag lips, might eventually deform the relatively soft aluminum case.

I have used Blazer 9mm with good results, in several pistols. I have had little success in a couple of AR15 style 9mm carbines, as has a friend of mine. I believe the aluminum case does not work well in a blowback action, but is OK for pistols with a barrel locked to the slide.

It makes excellent range ammunition.

It has worked great for me for many years in multiple Brownings, Glocks & M&Ps

Stocked up at that price, too. Every now and then they would have a sale-$2.86/box. Also, WWB was sold below $5/box.

I have used .38 Special and 9X19 without issue. It is good is you can get it.

I like the blazer aluminum and have used it for years in .45 ACP, .40, 9mm, and .357 magnum with great results. It's kinda refreshing to leave the cases lay without feeling guilty for not picking up your brass ones.

The only 2 situations where I've personally found it to be deficient are in .25 caliber in the extractorless Beretta 950. I believe the lighter case doesn't "fly" as well as the heavier brass cases do, and bangs off my head a lot.

AND

The .40 165 grain load has given some light strike issues in my striker-fired Kahr CW40, K40, and S&W M&P .40. I've had no light strikes with Winchester WB and American Eagle ammo in those, and no problems with the Blazer aluminum in my hammer-fired .40's.

In .45 ACP they use a small pistol sized primer rather than the standard large pistol primer, but I've had no problems in my Kimber Classic or M&P .45.

I've found it to be of higher quality than Blazer Brass, at least in .45.
