I seriously doubt it. I was buying it as a clearance item back in the ‘70s. Apparently it has now fallen into the obsolete or collectible category. The ease and economy of using DIY wax bullets with specially prepared cases makes those all plastic units too un-economical for their target audience. (Pun intended.)

PS Would you believe there was actually a special shell holder for the original Lee priming tool (screw in shell holders) designed just for the plastic cases in 38 Spl? I have one of these I picked up somewhere, but AFAIK there were none for the other calibers. At least I’ve never seen a listing for such.

You need the red base and the black bullet............

and with a 38... a 300 primer.

Good hunting.

I've still got them in .38 and .44 calibers. The bullets can be used over many times if you have a soft backstop. But you need primers...

I have .44 cases and projectiles. I haven’t seen .38’s in years.

I can't remember where I read this, whether it was Speer's instructions, or maybe another source (long before Internet)... use a piece of carpet suspended inside a cardboard box and put your target on the outside of the box. The carpet easily and gently stops the plastic bullet with no damage or distortion to the bullet. I don't know how many times I used the bullets, but they'll last a while.

Of course, I haven't messed with these in about forty years.

I have used these rubber bullets in training for short distance. They require the primer pocket on the appropriate caliber brass to be drilled out for the primer to be able to propel the bullet. Since this forum doesn't seem to allow the posting of other websites, I suggest you Google X ring rubber bullets. They are found on the Meister Bullet's website. They appear to be available.

The plastic cases were made to be able to push the primers in and our fairly easily. If I remember right I just used a small punch to poke them out and you could just push them in on a smooth table top.
Another one that is just as easy is to use either the plastic cases or regular brass, then for a bullet you just use the foam ear plugs. Just squeeze them down a bit like you are going to put them in your ear, but put them into a primed casing. Much softer than the plastic bullets. Pretty fun to play around with in the basement or garage.

I shoot the plastic bullets into a sheet or blanket or cardboard box, with
a blanket on the deck, to keep any dirt or dust off of the bullet.
( aka wax bullet shooting )

Just give your neighbors a heads up if they are near by, to prevent 911 calls.
