Going through some ammo cans and found some 50 round boxes of the above. 55Grain FMJ, made in Italy. I'm thinking Fiochi manufacture, anyone know for sure? Thanks Eric

Perfecta was essentially WalMart’s house ammunition brand back when it sold such ammo. I bought many boxes of Perfecta 9mm there, all boxes said it was made in Italy. It’s likely from Fiocchi, but I don’t know that for sure.

Got a couple cases in 223 and 9mm from when my local wallys stopped selling ammo. Went in and voila, ammo on shelf, I asked the clerk to grab me boxes of various calibers he then told me whats left is on sale, no more getting ordered. So I bought all they had including 12g 00 buck winchester brown box made. About 17 cases total plus what was on the shelf.

The Perfecta 9mm actually perfomed pretty good out of both a 5906 and a Kareen HP.

Good plinking ammo, especially for what it cost, back when it was available.
I bought quite a bit of the 223, because at the price, I could not really load it myself, especially if I figured anything for my time.
Have not shot any for some time, but there may be some lingering around my place. I need to look and see.
The 9mm was the same way. I bought some of it, while on an out of state trip, for about 7 bucks a box. It was being discontinued, and thus has been discounted. I think I got 9 or 10 boxes, if I remember right, but its long ago gone.
Too bad its no longer being sold.

For FMJ ammunition, the Perfecta from WM was OK. Intended mainly for plinking/target practice and I believe it all had brass cases. WM also sometimes had sales on 9mm TulAmmo occasionally. I think it was steel cased.
