The New Republic ammo made in Hungary is also made well and is sold at about the same price through Target Sports. I have seen many who shoot it exclusively at our local Gun Range and I have not seen any issues at all.

It seems as though 9mm has about bottomed out at 11-12 dollars a box. I buy 2 to 4 boxes when I seem 'em on sale. 223 at 45 cents a round is about as cheap I have seen 'em from major manufacturer's. I think if I see them at that price around here I may buy a few. Never hurts even though I can make 'em cheaper by reloading. I also think I may buy a less expensive bolt gun come Black Friday sales. All I have now are semiautos except for the Contender. I have been expanding military primer pocket and only have about 1500 left to do. Time consuming to prep rifle cases..esp 4-5000. My last large batch of 223 loading I hope

At today's primer prices it's hard to load 9mm much cheaper than that. But then again, there's all those old primers I bought way back when for 2-3 cents apiece. It's hard to calculate the true cost of reloading when you've been buying components over a long period of time. Not to mention the new dies, and presses, and lubes, and powder coat, and...you add along the way.

I still have some 1/2 cent primers...and 200 SPPs that cost 87 cents per 100. The 1/2 cent ones I am going to keep. Had 'em since the 70s...or earlier. I even have a few 100 LRP and LPP surplus from the late 40s...and I know they work. Speaking of them does anyone have any of the old Military bore cleaner from years ago.??

Do they use all new brass for their production in all calibers?
Cheers!

Reading thru their site I found this:
“While Mark1Ammo.com is a distributor, it doesn't manufacture or produce the items. The company disclaims responsibility for any infringement issues or quality concerns related to third-party rights. No guarantees are provided regarding the product quality or performance, and liability is confined to replacing faulty goods. As stipulated by California's Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, products are provided "AS IS". “
Also I didn’t see anywhere whether it is new or reloaded.

I believe that was in reference to other products (some restricted to law enforcement, etc.) that they distribute...
Guess we'll find out...?
Cheers!

As do I, but...
From what I see on the net most "standard" 115gr "Target, Range, Practice, etc." 9mm 115gr FMJ ammo from the "major manufacturers" are right in that 1150 fps ballpark. There are some exceptions, but not by much...
Perhaps this is why I still reload my 9mm in 115, 124 & 147grs.
Cheers!
P.S. I just discovered a supply of Berrys 115gr HBRN-TPs I had forgotten about ::they are supposedly good for up to 1500 fps, so I now have to review my +P load data records to have some fun!
