Powerbelt Aerolite bullets but I always thought those things were for muzzle loaders?

That looks like the older 140gr Nosler AccuBond bullet that Winchester loaded. The current bullets are different colors.

Is the red tip plastic?

If it has a red plastic tip it could be a Hornady bullet. I think the only way you are going to get the weight would be to pull a bullet. You can also see if it's a plain spitzer or a boat tail spitzer.

It appears to be Winchester Expedition 270 WSM 140 grain Accubond which these photos are from their website. There are several ways I guess you could confirm bullet weight: pull the bullet and weigh it. Get a box of this loaded ammo and see how it compares in weight.

The 130 is a good deer round but that 140 gr is a
really great load for Elk, if you get a chance, to hunt them with a 270.
Have fun.

Nosler
Here’s the 300 Winchester Short Magnum
version, 180gr Lubalox black oxide gray
tip bullet.
The gold primer is the Winchester, and the
silver CCI 200 I’m getting ready to reload.
I know this is not what you want, but may
shed some light on that bullet. At the
bottom of box it is a Nosler Bullet.
The best to you and your endeavors.

IIRC, Winchester loaded the Nosler bullets under the "AccuBond CT" name you see on the ammo box. The "CT" stood for "Combined Technologies", which was just a businesslike way of saying it was marketed via a Winchester/Nosler partnership. Memory is a bit fuzzy, but Winchester may have also marketed the red-tipped black bullets for reloading. As far as I know, it was a straight-up AccuBond bullet.
