Default 66-7 Holster Recommendations

Howdy all.

I just picked up a 66-7 with a 2 1/2" bbl and I'm looking for advice on a conceal carry holster.

I'm used to a model 640 in a Milt Sparks Summer Slide and I wouldn't be opposed to something similar for this 66.

I also looked at some Fobus paddle holsters and thought those might be good as the paddle is an "easy on and off" thing.

The biggest issue so far (and I haven't done that much looking yet) is that most folks must assume a 66 starts with a 4" bbl.

So, anyway, if you have any experience and recommendations I'd like to hear them.

Thanks

The Model 66 with 2.5" barrel is not particularly difficult to conceal. For many users the strong-side pancake-style holsters provide an excellent combination of comfort, accessibility, security, and concealability.

I make traditional pancake-style as my Model 1. The Model 1-SL is an adaptation of that style with snap-loop belt attachments permitting the holster to be put on and taken off without unfastening the belt. I recently started production of my Enhanced Pancake model which provides the highest possible ride with a very rigid and secure platform.
