Default Belt loops

Trying to find the best position for OWB carry of my J frame and I'm settling in on 4:00 position (right hand, strong). On some of my pants, this is right where a belt loop falls so I end up either at 3 or back at 5. Does anyone else fight this and have you come up with a solution? If I skip the loop, then the belt tends to come up when I try to draw. I use a Blackhawk Speed Classic holster.
