Although not what you describe. I carry my 66 2.5 in a Don Hume JIT holster everyday. Inexpensive, well made, and very concealable.

If you don't mind IWB I carry my 3" 65 in a Wraith holster by Seth's Gun Leather. It's very comfortable and holds the gun tight. I've worn it for 12+ hours with no problems. It's the combo I carry the most.

One of our retired Sgts has been doing leatherwork for a lot of years, at leat 30+. I don't have a holster for a K frame, altho I need to get him to make one for my 2.5" Mod 19. The one below is for my 4" Model 63 J frame. It's in brown. He can make it in either exposed or covered trigger. I prefered the exposed. The other holster pictured is for my Glock in mahogany. His cost is about $40 and his turn around time is about a week, depending if the fish are biting.
If you're interested in contacting him drop me a PM and I'll send anyone his email address.
Examine the pictures closely and you'll see the quality he produces. He uses very heavy leather. Note the evenness and tightness of the stitching. He's done a lot of them over years for our guys and a lot of other depts. These are both 15 yrs old and are still as stiff and good as new. If it's not perfect he won't ship it.

Pictured below on top is my Lobo enhanced pancake he made for my 3 inch M65. Bottom in the Lobo enhanced pancake he made for my 442. Great quality at a fair price and delivers when he promises.
