I usually carry a 640 in my right front pocket in an Uncle Mike's cheapo holster. Anybody have a recommendation for a leather (or?) pocket holster that retains its rigidity a little better.

I have a 642 and have used a Kramer horsehide holster for more than a year, everyday carry. It has held up really well and maintained that rigidity you mentioned. When coupled with the light weight of the airweight, it's sometimes easy to forget I'm carrying, and I find myself feeling my front pocket from time to time to make sure.

I tried several of the Wally World cheapos, with poor results. Even bought a Mika. While the Mika is comfortable and lots of people on these boards swear by them, I found it printed more than the Kramer. Just my personal preference. Your mileage may vary.
