CARRY OPTIONS FOR MY WIFE.
My wife tends to wear tight fitting jeans and could probably NOT get an IWB on. So, I am thinking a paddle holster may work. Any recommendations?

Is there any reason she wants a paddle instead of a pancake, or other belt holster?

If this is for concealment paddle holsters are not the best choice. I suggest a pancake holster. May also consider a bellyband.

+1 on the bellyband. Works on pants, shorts and skirts, belt or no belt. My wife is still getting used to the idea. She likes the frugle approch that it works with 80 to 85% of everything she wears. Some people complain that the bands are too hot, my wife and many women run a little cooler than men in the same temperature/humidity conditions.

What gun is she going to carry? A Keltec .32 will carry IWB even with tight clothes.
Have you asked her? Maybe she plans to purse carry.
Personally I think an inside the thigh holster is sexy.

I have never saw a woman wear an inside the thigh holster but to wear it and walk I would think she would have to be so bowlegged she couldn't hem a hog in a ditch. Larry

For +20 years I have been using a Bianchi ballistic nylon Ranger holster.
The belt goes through the back of the holster, and it pulls it against the body but does not leave a print on clothing.
