Guess I will order my IWB online
Fruitless trip to Gander Mtn today (place was very busy, the aisles were picked over).
I was hoping they had a Galco King Tuck for my MP 40 but no luck.
Just two (1911, Springfield XD).
So, looks like if I want a specific holster, it's gonna be online. (I like to see and hold whatbim gonna buy).
Here are my two choices:
Galco King Tuck?
Or
Crossbreed Supertuck?
It will be for a full sized MP.

Get the Crossbreed. I have two King Tuk holsters. They are OK but not great.

Checkout Old Faithful Holsters. I understand they are comparable to Crossbreed.

I have the KingTuk for my Glock 27, and it is pretty nice. The Crossbreed one is good too..been thinking about picking one up to try eventually.

Never heard if Old Faithful Holsters.
Went to their website, looks very comparable to Crossbreed.
I like supporting small business.
Crossbreeds really get a lot of positive comments. These Old Faithfuls are indeed comparable.
I just need to make a decision and go with it.
Dad had a saying, "son, either **** or get off the pot"!
Thanks for the input. I appreciate it.
I will most likely go Crossbreed.

I have a cross breed supertuck for a full sized 9mm (fnx9) and it works great. Carry my Jframe mainly but before I had it I carried the 9mm every day slightly behind my right hip and a Tshirt covered it fine.

Research my post on the LoboGunleather IWB I just bought for my M&P9. It's top quality and several of my friends saw it and couldn't believe the quality for the price. Ray is a member here and does amazing work for the price. Check out his web site before you order anything else.

Additional question:
Are j-hooks worth buying or are snap locks good enough?

I have a Crossbreed and I wear it all the time with my 457. That being said, I just ordered an Old Faithful because I like the option of saving money and assembling it myself.

For the same price as an assemble yourself Old Faithful, you can get a fully assembled White Hat Basemax IWB hybrid holster if you want to save some money. Same as their other holsters, but the Kydex can't be changed out and the leather is unfinished. Good budget holster that works as well as the others but is just not as pretty.

I've carried my Sigma in an Old Faithful for several months. It works great, it's comfortable for all day use, and it costs much less than Crossbreed. Also, the kydex is thicker, as is the leather...and since the kydex is attached with screws (instead of rivets) you can adjust the tightness as the leather gets broken in. Just my 2 cents worth.

In my opinion, they are well worth it. They are much less noticeable and hold just as well. I can tuck a shirt with almost zero ability to see it's a holster. I have 5 crossbreeds and have j-hooks for every one of them.

Guess I will order my IWB online
I'm using a foxx holster for my sd40ve, and I really like it cheap, and free and speedy shipping

Re: Guess I will order my IWB online
I highly recommend FoxX. Another member recommended one to me and I couldn't be happier with it.

I really appreciate the help and suggestions.
I went ahead and ordered a Crossbreed in horsehide and extra set of j-hooks.
I'm a little late ordering it. I expect my license this Friday and I guess the Crossbreed takes around two weeks.
I really like the other brands posted.
I just have really been going back to the Crossbreed every time I researched. So I went ahead and ordered one. Kind of a late Christmas present (or early Birthday).

Make sure you pay attention while breaking the holster in. Mine would hit the mag release on my fnx9 while sitting in the car. Extra force I guess just made it pop but after wearing it for awhile the mag release made its own little dent in the leather which I later trimmed out just to be on the safe side.

Yeah, you could order the "combat cut" but I didn't get it.
Thank you for the tip.
