Where is a collection of CCW rules?
Is there a state by state listing for a traveler? I need to know what requirements are. I now have a few locking security boxes for equipment where required. TIA Packy

Hmmmmmmmmm?
If you are, in fact, a LEO, you should be aware of LEOSA. That would provide all (most, for certain) of the info you need.
That said, is there a specific question you have?
Be safe.

collection of ccw rules
Try Traveler's Guide to the Firearm Laws of the fifty states by J. Scott Kappas seventeen edition January 2013. I purchase it every year for updates. Contact him at 859-491-6400 or order on line at Gunlaws for the 50 States. Handy reference when traveling the country. Hope this helps.
