Very easy installation; simply remove the factory pin from the gun frame, slide off the factory grip and slide on Hogue's one piece G10 grip, reinstall the factory pin and your off to the range! The Bodyguard .38 special is my favorite C.C. pistol during cold weather when I wear my Carhartt jacket. The weapon's shortcoming is the small grip. These really look to be the right size and are really slick looking. The old grips were the first thing I replaced when I bought the pistol....they just were to small.
