Other states that have restrictions on some TN. permits now. Colorado, Florida, and W. Virginia no longer accepts 18 - 20 yrs' old military or NR permits. Nebraska, N. Dakota, and Wisconsin won't accept 18 - 20 yrs' old military permits. Delaware won't accept NR permits as of 9-23-2017, and Washington St. is old news. This Federal Handgun Reciprocity stuff will create the biggest most confusing mess yet. Ya'll still welcome here.
